Students with Visual and Hearing Impairments

Over the past several years, professional development opportunities have been provided by SERC, in collaboration with the Board of Education and Services for the Blind (BESB), the CT State Department of Education (CSDE), and the Commission on the Deaf and Hearing Impaired (CDHI), to meet the needs of professionals working with students with visual and hearing impairments. The professional development offerings will develop the skills and competencies of those working with this population.
