This list of tests has been placed into educational subject categories.  The decisions as to which tests fit into which category are based on SERC classifications, not necessarily on those chosen by any one professional discipline.  Additional sources for test classifications can be found in our professional book colletion and reference books, and in our journals.

CERTAIN TESTS OF INTELLIGENCE ARE DESIGNATED AS RESTRICTED.  ONLY PERSONS QUALIFIED TO PREVIEW OR ADMINISTER THESE TESTS MAY CHECK THEM OUT.  Please see Librarians for qualifications.

Some of the tests now come with scoring software.  Patrons are required to sign a form indicating that they are responsible for the software and they will remove the scoring software from their computers when they return the tests.
