American Potlatch, this special event is designed to
revisit our history, exchange lessons learned, and
share new directions.

A conversation on the use of a systematic data collection process to document student progress.

An exchange of ideas regarding the draft of statewide guidelines for effective early intervention practices.

Reservations will be accepted on a “first come, first served” basis. Seating is limited. The closing date for submitting applications is October 22, 2004. There is no fee for this activity; lunch will be provided. School representatives must fully complete the team reservation form (one application per school). Special guests/invitees, not participating on a team, may return an individual application form.

SERC will award .7 CEUs to qualified participants who are preregisered, receive written confirmation from SERC, complete a conference evaluation form, and provide evidence of post-conference application/ reflection. Evaluation forms and information about the application/ reflection responsibility will be available on the day of the event.
