This training will be conducted in a morning half-day session in each of the six regional educational service center (RESC) areas September 2017 through December 2017.
This training is required for teachers who have primary responsibility for assessing students identified with significant cognitive disabilities in Grades 3-8 and 11 on the CTAA and/or the Alternate Science. As a result of completing this training, participants will be eligible to administer the Alternate Assessments. Participants will demonstrate their understanding of the following: the identification process for the CTAA and Alternate Science; the alignment between Connecticut's Core Standards and the new NGSS science standards.
We are again providing two ways to access this required training.
All registrants MUST provide:
